Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Verify room status on the A.M. report; update status of check-out rooms and report discrepancies.
• Ensure staff report to work and document lateness or absences.
• Coordinate breaks and distribute assignment sheets; review priorities.
• Inspect and manage supply levels in floor closets and carts; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
