• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Assist in training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
