Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Rand Tower, Minneapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. You will lead a team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, training new hires, coordinating daily workflows, and partnering with Front Desk to ensure seamless operations. Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to accomplish cleanliness goals
• Coordinate the day’s workflow and distribution of duties
• Inspect guest rooms following highest quality standards
• Supervise and train staff to maintain cleanliness standards
• Assist with inventory of linen and supplies
• Assist in completion of performance evaluations
• Distribute work and assign rooms and duties to staff
• Coordinate activities with Front Desk Supervisor and staff
• Report maintenance needs accordingly
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals
• Perform other related duties as requested by Management
