Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor in Phoenix to lead the housekeeping team, supervise staff, inspect rooms and public areas, and ensure every detail reflects Azul’s commitment to guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excels at leadership and communication. You will train, coach, and supervise staff, enforce brand standards, and collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Strong leadership and guest relations skills.
• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Ability to train and coach staff and manage daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Room Attendants and Housemen.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain inventory, keys, and lost-and-found procedures.
