Massanutten Resort is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the hotel manager in supervising daily operations, monitoring staff, and enforcing safety standards. The role requires self-motivation, reliability, and strong communication skills, with a weekend bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities include training associates on safety, overseeing housekeeping tasks, and supporting payroll and disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have great customer service skills.
• Valid driver license and approved driving record required or preferred.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create assignments to achieve goals across hotel work areas daily.
• Ensure employees meet quality and production standards.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and documenting disciplinary actions.
• Assist with payroll, recordkeeping and report writing.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Days

Typical Schedule

• Days rotate on set schedule:
  • Off every other Monday and Friday
  • Off every other Saturday and Sunday

Hours

• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Compensation

• Pay: $15.00/Hour
