Massanutten Resort is seeking a part-time Hotel Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and public spaces. The role requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual who can work independently or with a team, with a focus on exceptional guest service.

The position offers ESOP participation and access to resort amenities and discounts. Hours are limited and schedule may include weekends; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Formación

• Provide great customer service to guests while completing daily duties.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of rooms in assigned work area.
• Report any evidence of smoking or pets in non-pet friendly areas.
• Be responsible for keycard use and maintain logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary

The Hotel Housekeeper Position incorporates a variety of functions and is required to perform the job with quality and cleanliness of daily assignments in a timely manner while working independently or as part of a team to ensure a positive impression of the hotel. This position requires a candidate that is self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with good attendance and good communication skills and must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have previous experience in a commercial housekeeping setting is preferred. Will train the right candidate.
