Job summary

Oldham Goodwin is seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest room cleanliness and promote a welcoming atmosphere at all times. You will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel and brand standards, cleaning corridors and service areas, and ensuring linen and amenities are stocked and delivered promptly to guest rooms.

You will greet guests courteously, report damages, hazards, or repairs, and participate in cross-training

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties to hotel and brand standards.
• 3 years housekeeping management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
• Clean all corridors and service areas.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed (e.g., flipping mattresses, hanging drapes).
• Provide necessary linen and amenities to guests and deliver items promptly.
• Greet all guests courteously and report damages or hazards.
• Restock cart and organize linen closet for the next shift.
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as necessary.
