Job summary

Sun Hill Properties Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping and front desk operations in a hybrid role.

You will help keep hallways and public areas immaculate, assist with linen organization, and respond to guest service requests to ensure a guest-ready environment. Responsibilities include stocking linen closets, preparing housekeeping carts, and providing short-term front desk coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior housekeeping, laundry, or light maintenance preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all guest hallways and public areas.
• Stock and organize linen closets on each floor to support housekeeping teams.
• Prepare and stage housekeeping carts according to daily assignments.
• Keep public restrooms clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Respond to guest room service calls and minor maintenance requests.
• Provide short-term coverage for front desk when needed to avoid lobby downtime.
• Support completion of housekeeping or maintenance projects as directed by management.
