Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn Boulder Broomfield/Interlocken in Broomfield, CO is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant. You will deliver outstanding guest services, maintain clean and welcoming rooms, and help create a home-away-from-home experience for guests.

Responsibilities include promptly addressing guest requests, returning left-behind items, preparing cleaning carts, and ensuring cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness, ensuring their complete satisfaction
• Ensure prompt return of items left behind by guests
• Prepare carts with all necessary supplies for cleaning assigned guest rooms
• Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, linens, and towels to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
• Meet deadlines by thoroughly cleaning a minimum of 13 rooms per day
