ARK is seeking a friendly, organized housekeeper to help provide spotless rooms and common areas for our hotel guests. You’ll perform beds, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and restock supplies, while upholding our cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong work ethic, and at least one year of experience; teamwork and good guest communication are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive.
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
• Answer general questions from guests.
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed.
