Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to thoroughly clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will report maintenance problems, handle guest requests, and maintain confidentiality and security of rooms.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality is essential.
• Maintain neat, clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect assigned guestrooms including bathrooms; dust furniture; vacuum carpets and upholstery; make beds and change sheets; mop floors; empty trash; spot-clean walls as needed.
• Restock towels and room supplies; replace tissues and amenities as appropriate.
• Use cleaning chemicals correctly per designated surfaces, OSHA regulations and company safety rules.
• Maintain knowledge of proper equipment use and safety; operate equipment only as intended.
• Keep carts and linen rooms organized and safe.
• Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items; manage keys as assigned.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and wear required PPE.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance at all times.
• Know emergency procedures for Housekeeping and hotel operations.
• May work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by management.
