Ascent Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Room Inspector (Supervisor) to oversee floors, inspect rooms, and train housekeeping staff to meet cleanliness standards. The role ensures timely, accurate room turnover and adherence to safety protocols in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous commercial cleaning and/or guest service experience preferred.
• Reading in English and ability to print/simple sentences.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect rooms and public areas daily to ensure quality standards.
• Train and coach housekeeping team members on standards.
• Prepare weekly inventory and report discrepancies.
• Communicate supply needs and create purchase orders as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in accordance with policies.
• Provide feedback to room attendants on deficiencies and improvements.
• Assist with training and ensure brand culture is promoted.
