Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Housekeeper on a 100+ room property.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• "Guest First/Service" approach.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Availability mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior cleanliness levels in all guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas.
• Meet or exceed productivity and expense targets per budget.
• Ensure all housekeeping staff are trained in company programs.
• Ensure fair application of company policies and procedures.
• Support the hotel mission with emphasis on guest service and quality.
