Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hotel environment required.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Supervisory skills are essential.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Excellent vision and attention to detail for walkthroughs and report analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience using Windows-based software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff and spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control for supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and SOP compliance across areas.
• Train team members on safety policies and procedures.
• Attend weekly Group Resume meetings.
