Job summary

Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Inspector & Room Attendant to lead room inspections, supervise staff, and ensure guest rooms meet high cleanliness standards.

You will coach team members, coordinate daily tasks, and support safety and operational duties to deliver memorable stays for guests. Bilingual communication is a plus, with weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• 6mo–1year of housekeeping or room inspection experience in hospitality.
• Bilingual preferred: English plus Spanish and/or Creole.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Room & quality inspections to ensure cleanliness and guest-readiness.
• Guide and train room attendants, monitoring standards and productivity.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care; support lost & found procedures.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; report repairs or hazards promptly.
• End-of-day procedures including walkthroughs and securing keys and supplies.
