Job summary

Santa Clara Development Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to ensure guestrooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will prepare rooms for guests, inspect vacancies, and follow all safety and company policies on your assigned shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies and guestrooms, restocking supplies, reporting repairs, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information while protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and at least one-year minimum experience in housekeeping position required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to in the Housekeeping Section on assigned shift.
• Maintains safety by following OSHA rules and internal safety policies.
• Cleans lobby and guestrooms, performs turndown service, and supports laundry operations as needed.
• Replenishes linens and supplies in housekeeping areas and communicates deficiencies to management.
• Reviews daily room occupancy and supplies, and performs quality inspections within time limits.
