Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ hotel housekeeping inspection experience.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational and leadership qualities.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of PMS systems; V1 experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.
• Smartphone capable for company apps and communications.
• Must be able to obtain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily arrival inspections and inform designated personnel when units are ready.
• Perform daily departure inspections and notify when units become available.
• Check unoccupied units for thermostat settings, lights off, and maintenance needs.
• Record and report inspection results to housekeeping management.
• Coordinate with housekeepers to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
• Ensure rooms marked for rent meet hotel quality standards.
• Communicate issues, including maintenance work orders and incidents, to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
