Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Houseperson to support daily hotel operations in Santa Clara, CA. You will maintain cleaning supplies, manage laundry equipment, and assist guests with requests, contributing to a clean, welcoming environment.

As part of a people-first culture, you will work with the housekeeping team to uphold high standards across lobbies, corridors, public areas, and back-office spaces.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and follow hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and informs GM of needs.
• Maintains laundry equipment and reports maintenance needs.
• Knows and cleans all public areas to standard schedules.
• Assists guests with requests (cots, towels, irons, etc.).
• Drives hotel shuttle when requested and handles luggage.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
