Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations, housekeeping coordination, or related hospitality admin role.
• Proficient with departure cleaning, stayover, and full-service cleaning.
• Strong computer skills for email, data entry, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to interpret occupancy forecasts and room status reports.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Commitment to teamwork and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure guest-ready rooms.
• Review occupancy forecasts, arrivals, departures, and room status reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily cleaning assignments to Room Attendants.
• Communicate assignments and changes to Front Desk, Supervisors, and Attendants.
• Monitor room status discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain daily housekeeping reports and operational records.
• Utilize Opera PMS and other hotel systems to update information.
• Support administrative and operational tasks for Housekeeping leadership.
