Job summary

The McCormick Scottsdale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks a dynamic housekeeping leader to oversee day-to-day operations and drive service excellence. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and maintain brand standards across guestrooms and public areas, delivering superior guest experiences in a resort-style setting.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong attention to safety, and collaboration with other departments to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Experience managing budgets and payroll controls.
• Ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations and ensure service standards.
• Coach, develop, and inspire employees; provide feedback and recognition.
• Monitor room status, schedules, and housekeeping assignments in the PMS.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Develop and manage staffing, budgets, and productivity metrics.
• Conduct room inspections and Quality audits to uphold brand standards.
