Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park seeks a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to uphold four-diamond standards across guestrooms and public areas in downtown Atlanta. The role requires supervising staff, inspecting cleanliness, and ensuring supplies are stocked, while maintaining a safe environment for guests.

You will assign projects, log repairs, and partner with management to meet service expectations; strong customer service and communication skills are essential, with flexibility for nights

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory/coordinating experience in Housekeeping.
• Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in person or by radio/phone.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Report needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensure attendants have appropriate supplies and linens.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
• Assist in processing AM and PM room status reports.
• Maintain linen carts and supply closets in stock and organized.
• Inspect and ensure VIP rooms are serviced promptly.
• Ensure safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
