Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle/University District is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to lead the hotel’s cleaning teams and ensure top-quality guest room and public area cleanliness. You will assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, and maintaining inventories while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and guest-service focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with guests and team.
• Effective time management and ability to multitask during shifts.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and memos.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise cleaning of all guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide daily cleaning assignments to room attendants.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust as needed.
• Monitor guest service scores and address cleanliness issues.
• Ensure training and adherence to brand standards.
