Extended Stay America Premier Suites Portland – North Portland is looking for a Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team, uphold cleanliness standards, and support a positive and productive work environment.

The role involves coordinating with departments, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring safety and quality across rooms and public areas, while managing schedules and budgets to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals.
• Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
