Job summary

InnVentures' TownePlace Suites Portland Vancouver in Vancouver, WA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards and remain welcoming. You will clean rooms, restock supplies, and uphold environmental practices across shifts with a friendly, guest-focused approach.

Ideal candidates may have prior cleaning or customer service experience and must be able to move, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Job requires continuous movement, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
• Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel.
• Greet and assist guests during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Clean multiple rooms each day.
• Support maintenance by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals.
