Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The candidate should have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of related leadership experience in a larger operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a larger operation.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International's standards.
• Manage all functions related to cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house non-kitchen areas.
• Oversee laundry and dry-cleaning operations including hotel linen and uniforms.
• Ensure guest, employee and owner expectations are met through effective leadership.
