Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing and hiring for housekeeping and laundry.
• Inspect hotel areas to ensure sanitation and brand standards.
• Maintain inventories; process invoices and payments.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Oversee room key controls for guest and staff safety.
• Provide training resources and vendor training.
• Schedule within the designated labor model.
• Enforce policies to protect guest privacy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
