Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations in our Texas properties. You will lead room attendants, housepersons, and laundry staff, assign schedules, inspect rooms, and ensure hotel standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and order.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Proficient in using housekeeping management systems or mobile task tracking apps is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and supervise staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and issues; ensure standards are met.
• Train new housekeeping staff on procedures, cleaning techniques and safety.
• Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities; report shortages and arrange orders.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for guest room readiness and special setups.
• Enforce health and safety standards and ensure proper use of chemicals and PPE.
