Job summary

Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Inspector & Room Attendant to lead room inspections, coach the housekeeping team, and enhance guest satisfaction. You will monitor cleanliness, supply levels, and safety compliance, while supporting a positive, guest-focused environment.

The role offers frontline leadership opportunities in hotel operations with potential career growth within the property’s housekeeping and guest services teams.

Qualifications

• 6mo–1year housekeeping or room inspection experience in hospitality required
• Bilingual is preferred – English plus Spanish and/or Creole
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong eye for detail and high standards for cleanliness
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness, functionality and guest-readiness
• Guide and support room attendants in daily tasks and standards; provide coaching
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and follow up
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
• Submit end-of-day reports and secure keys, supplies and equipment
