Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure every guest room meets our high standards. You will lead quality inspections, supervise attendants, assign room duties, and report maintenance needs.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, on-site work in Florida, and a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Supervise and support Room Attendants to ensure productivity and quality.
• Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Train team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.
• Monitor room status and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.
• Assist with cleaning duties to support operations.
• Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
