Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno Beach is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Inspector & Room Attendant to lead daily room inspections, supervise room attendants, and ensure top-grade cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will coach staff, address guest concerns, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and reliable availability on weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow in hotel operations and leadership

Qualifications

• 6mo - 1year of housekeeping or room inspection experience in hospitality.
• Bilingual is preferred – English plus Spanish and/or Creole.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Room & Quality Inspections: daily checks for cleanliness, functionality, and guest-readiness.
• Team Supervision & Training: guide attendants, coach and monitor performance.
• Guest Satisfaction: address concerns professionally and handle special requests.
• Operational & Safety Duties: maintain health/safety standards and report hazards.
• End-of-Day Responsibilities: complete walkthroughs and submit reports.
