Job summary

Crowne-Plaza-Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Rooms Inspector to help lead the Housekeeping Department and perform cleaning inspections. The role involves assigning rooms daily, inspecting cleaned rooms, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs.

You will help supervise room attendants and support staff while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality. Strong communication, organization, and initiative are essential as you train new hires and uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or at least two years of experience as a room attendant or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign rooms daily when executive housekeeper is absent and oversee cleaning by room attendants.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning and release to front desk when ready for guests.
• Inspect public areas for cleanliness and assign projects as needed.
• Log and secure all lost and found items.
• Assist in supervising and scheduling Room Attendants, Laundry, and Public Area staff per staffing guidelines.
• Assist with training of new hires and maintain ongoing training for existing staff.
