The role supports the Director of Housekeeping to keep rooms and public areas clean and safe, ensuring guest satisfaction with pristine hotel standards.

You will train staff, manage room assignments, and uphold quality service while maintaining inventory controls and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Responsible for assisting the Director of Housekeeping to maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
• Maintains brand cleanliness standards for rooms and public areas.
• Trains staff in housekeeping and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains brand cleanliness standards for both rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met.
• Trains staff in all aspects of housekeeping, including guest service.
• Assists in administrating guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reports.
• Maintains key control and lost-and-found, and ensures staff is trained to follow correct procedures.
• Plans room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
• Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guest needs.
