Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help keep guest rooms and public spaces clean, comfortable, and ready for every stay. You’ll support the Housekeeping Manager and work closely with the housekeeping team to uphold quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Your daily tasks include overseeing operations, inspecting rooms and public areas, guiding team members, assisting with training, and communicating with guests and staff in a positive, professional way.

Qualificações

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, hospitality, healthcare, or multi-unit housing.
• Previous supervisory or team support experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who enjoys supporting others and helping a team succeed.

• Respond to guest requests quickly and help resolve concerns.

• Step in to support the team wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.

Housekeeping Inspector

As a Housekeeping Inspector you’ll play an important support role in daily hotel operations by assisting the Housekeeping Manager and helping ensure guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and ready for every stay.
