Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Hotel Houseman to support hotel operations by performing cleaning and related duties across guest areas, kitchens, and back-of-house spaces. You will work to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, restocking supplies, assisting with luggage as needed, and adhering to safety and company policies. A positive attitude and ability to work rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of hospitality industry or related experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, etc.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Clean, sweep, vacuum, mop or restock hotel areas such as hallways, stairways, kitchens, laundry rooms, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust low and high surfaces and wipe down various surfaces.
• Clean and maintain all types of floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Assist housekeepers and front desk personnel as needed.
• May handle light maintenance tasks and occasional laundry duties.
