GetHired, Inc. seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Manager for a new property in Phoenix, AZ. Previous management experience is required and bilingual ability is preferred to serve a diverse guest base.

You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, interview and train associates, prepare budgets, monitor payroll, enforce standards, and lead a Baywood-style service culture while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field; on-the-job training may substitute.
• Minimum 2 years hotel experience and 2 years management experience (1 year in Hospitality Management).
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred, as needed for geographic market.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews, selects & train associates.
• Motivates staff through positive reinforcement and leading by example.
• Provides input during annual budget preparation and monitors payroll.
• Ensures departmental policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversees housekeeping operations and maintains professional image of the team.
• Ensures equipment maintenance, safety, and cross-department communication.
