Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
• Supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Ability to manage financial information and analyze data

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and laundry
• Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team
• Schedule rosters, manage budgets, and behind-the-scenes logistics
• Uphold safety standards and guest privacy
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless service
• Emergency readiness and rapid response
• Aim to create memorable stays through attentive service
• Inspect and ensure high quality standards across property
