Hyatt Regency Cincinnati seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and enforce safety and quality standards in a dynamic hotel setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership in hotel housekeeping, strong communication skills, and a bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
• Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control housekeeping budgets and expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.
