Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support our housekeeping team in maintaining clean guest rooms and public areas. You will help restock carts, assist with cleaning tasks, and respond to guest housekeeping requests to ensure a welcoming stay.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends, Nights and Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist restocking housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Unload and organize incoming supply orders.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are readily available for housekeepers.
• Collect and dispose of trash from guest rooms, hallways and public areas.
• Empty trash receptacles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collect dirty linens and towels from guest rooms.
• Deliver clean linens and towels to housekeeping carts or storage areas.
• Answer guest request calls pertaining to housekeeping matters.
• Assist housekeepers with cleaning tasks as needed, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
