Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will clean, restock, and sanitize spaces, while ensuring a positive guest experience across shifts.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism and strong teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and thorough cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Room cleaning to established standards including dusting, vacuuming, linens, and bed making.
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing fixtures and surfaces.
• Surface cleaning of furniture and decor in rooms and public areas.
• Restocking toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Emptying trash and replacing liners in rooms and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in rooms and corridors.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Watch for lost items and report to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to inquiries.
• Respect guest privacy and follow security procedures.
