Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Room Attendant to provide friendly, courteous service while cleaning guest rooms in assigned areas. You will ensure amenities are present and maintain high hygiene standards in accordance with Service Standards and Safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, prior hotel/casino experience preferred, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a team dedicated to guest satisfaction and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Casino/hotel experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale hotel setting preferred.
• Prior Room Attendant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms according to department guidelines.
• Complete turn-down service as assigned.
• Restock amenities and supplies.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety concerns.
• Perform duties with cleaning chemicals and equipment including carpet/floor care.
