Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to support the housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces. This role contributes to a clean, welcoming environment and operational efficiency within the department.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, guest corridors, service areas, and back of house spaces.
• Deliver linen, remove trash, and assist room attendants as needed.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and departmental needs.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organization of storage areas and supplies.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communication with housekeeping colleagues.
• Support Hyatt's Culture of Care through attention to detail and service excellence.
