Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to Hyatt standards. You will be part of a team delivering a clean, welcoming guest experience in a downtown Houston property.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, changing linens, replenishing supplies, and reporting issues. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Desire to deliver excellent guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to Hyatt standards.
• Replace linens, towels and amenities as needed.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and maintain room surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas.
