Job summary

Highgate is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for Homewood Suites Dublin, OH. You will maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and provide courteous service to all guests, supporting the hotel’s commitment to a superior guest experience.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear verbal and written communication. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with guests and colleagues.
• Prior experience in hotel or related customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties including supplies and linen for carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and organized.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisor/manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.
