Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, restocking supplies, and upholding security standards while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable independence to complete tasks, and good communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms per standards (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds).
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms and amenities.
• Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, and decorative items.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and public spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Monitor lost and found items and report them to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Respect guests' privacy and maintain security procedures.
