Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms.
• Restock amenities and supplies in rooms as needed.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas (hallways, lounges, restrooms).
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and address requests promptly.
• Handle laundry services including collection, washing, folding, and delivery of linens and towels.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Prepare rooms for new guests to meet cleanliness and comfort standards.

Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Housekeeper, Hotel Room Attendant, or Hotel Guest Room Attendant include:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed.
• Inspecting Rooms: Ensure all room equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintaining Public Areas: Occasionally assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
