SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, restock supplies, and ensure rooms meet our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock guest-room amenities including toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items.
• Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues or equipment faults.
• Maintain public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and cleaning procedures to keep guests and staff safe.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and address requests promptly.
• Handle laundry services: collect, wash, fold, and deliver linens and towels.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities; restock as needed.
• Prepare rooms for new guests to meet hotel cleanliness and comfort standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest-room amenities, including toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items, as needed.
• Inspecting Rooms: Ensure all room equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintaining Public Areas: Occasionally assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
• Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Laundry Duties: Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring timely restocking.
• Room Setup: Prepare rooms for new guests, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and comfort.
