Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms according to company standards, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. The role includes maintaining carts and laundry areas, stocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.

You will assist with guest requests as practical, follow safety policies, and complete required training including Extended Stay University courses. This position is an on-site role in our hotel locations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and responds to reasonable guest requests when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and training requirements.
• Participates in Extended Stay University training.
