ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper at our Extended Stay America properties in Charlotte, NC. You will clean guest rooms to company standards, stock and maintain carts, and assist with guest requests while ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Understands instructions, policies and guidelines and communicates effectively with manager and staff.
• Understands and follows guidelines, adheres to time objectives, productivity measurements and company standards.
• Shows good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and associates.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in check-out rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guest requests when possible and practical.
• Follows safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
