Job summary

ESA Management, LLC, owner of Extended Stay America hotels, is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with our policies and procedures, delivering a consistently high guest experience.

You will maintain carts and laundry areas, restock supplies, report maintenance issues, assist guests, and uphold safety standards while coordinating with front desk and management. This role offers weekly pay and a collaborative work environment at our Atlanta-area Extended Stay America locations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to understand instructions and guidelines from management.
• Ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required trainings.
