Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. The role emphasizes delivering a great guest experience, maintaining carts and laundry areas, and responding to guest requests while adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing carts, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring proper handling of guest property. Training through Extended Stay University is required.

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a checkout room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Follows safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
